  • You can ask about non-urgent medical problems and administrative requests.
  • We will respond to you by email as soon as possible.
  • eConsult cannot be used for urgent problems or face to face appointments.
  • We accept a certain number of eConsult requests each day. If the service is currently unvailable, please try again tomorrow.

Cancelling or Changing an Appointment

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please tell us as soon as possible so we can give the slot to someone else.
