We are committed to making our practice accessible to all patients and to meeting our responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010. If you have a disability or condition that requires reasonable adjustments, please let us know so we can support you.
Physical Access
Our surgery has step‑free access through the main entrance, and a wheelchair is available for use within the building. If you require assistance on arrival or help moving around the practice, please speak to a member of staff.
Hearing Support
If you have hearing difficulties, we can arrange to collect you personally from the waiting room when it is time for your appointment. We also have a portable induction loop available.
Visual Impairment
We can provide information in large print and offer support with reading written information or completing forms. Please let us know if you need any assistance.
Additional Needs
If you have learning disabilities, autism, memory difficulties or other communication needs, we can offer additional support where possible. Please tell us what would help you feel comfortable during your visit.
Dementia‑Friendly Practice
Our staff have received Dementia Friends training, and we aim to provide a calm, supportive environment for patients living with dementia and their carers. If you or someone you care for would benefit from extra support during a visit, please let us know.
Interpreting Services
If English is not your first language, we can arrange a professional interpreter through LanguageLine for your consultation. This service is free for all NHS patients in Wales. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use an interpreter.
Welsh Language
We aim to provide services in Welsh where available. If you would prefer to communicate in Welsh, please let us know.
