WARNING: Limited Services - 3rd to 12th September

We are changing our clinical IT system between the dates of 3rd September until 12th September. 

• Please ensure you have ordered your prescriptions ahead of these dates.
• NHS Wales App services will be unavailable during this time. 
• Please note that appointments will be limited between these dates. The surgery will remain open for urgent medical concerns.

After the 12th September, there will be a period of adjustment to the new system and our routine services might still be limited.
