We are excited to announce that our online appointment booking service is now live, making it easier for patients to manage routine healthcare requests by phone, at any time of day or night. 

The first phase of the rollout will allow patients to book Nurse appointments and sick notes.

GP routine appointments will be part of the 2nd phase. To book GP appointments please ring the normal Practice number. 

How to use the system:

• Call the following number: 02920038962
• You will hear an automated message – listen carefully to the options 
• Use your keypad or voice to choose what you need 
• Follow the step-by-step prompts to complete your request 

What you can do:

• Book nurse appointments and vaccine clinics
• Request a new or extended sick note
• Check, amend, or cancel existing appointments 

Note: Have your date of birth and phone number ready for identification. The system is available 24/7, including evenings and weekends. This new service helps reduce phone queues, improves access for patients, and allows our staff more time to focus on patient care. 

• Our 24/7 phone service is only for routine appointments. For urgent problems, ring the normal Practice number. 
• For medical emergencies, dial 999 – Examples include chest pain, difficulty breathing, unconsiousness, or serious injury. 
• If you need to book a GP appointment, or have another problem that isn't listed on the 24/7 system, please ring our normal Practice number.
